I Have ADHD and anxiety! This is for anyone who wants some tips for these! For anxiety, I have panic attacks and what really helps me is counting back from 100 by three. But before I can say another number, I have to take a deep breath. It helps my breathing slow and it helps calm my mind and body. For ADHD (any types), what I like to do is fidget with something, like always bring a fidget especially in crowded/social spaces. Hope this helps!❤️
