Hi, does anybody has tips/similar experiences ? Because I think I have Audhd (but I don't have a diagnosis yet) and I've always been struggling with basic hygiene, for example showering or brushing my teeth because of the sensory issues and the struggle of maintaining routines, and now one of my main problem is to change clothes because I have a sweater and pants combo and it's really difficult for me not to wear it all the time. Thank you !

I'm a n undiagnosed autistic and I don't brush me teeth anywhere near enough even if I know I need to I think it's because I don't like the tooth paste as nog a huge mint fan
NOTE: I am speaking as someone who has been identified as autistic by the autistic community, but I haven't had the privilege of a formal diagnosis yet. That being said, one tip I would say is if you have certain clothes that are very sensory friendly to you, buy the same exact thing in multiple colours. Then you're at lease wearing clean clothes. Also, alarms on your phone are your best friend, when you're trying to get tasks done. Reward yourself for doing tasks, like eating a food you like or doing a hobby. Routine is going to be the hardest thing to do at first, but it will save you in the long run. Hope this was helpful!
