That sounds pretty good! If she doesn't listen to this, I'd say try to get another adult like a counsellor involved, or try backing it up with some more research, like, "mayo clinic lists these things as symptoms of depression, and this is what I've experienced", etc.
That's really true! Oftentimes, kids and teens are more empathetic in that sense, and actually take the time to learn about or listen to what's going on. Parents want to just seem like they have everything figured out, and they get anxious or angry when they don't understand something
Can I tell you what I have wrote because I think it would lift something off of my shoulders and you could give me advice to make it more convincing idk
I don’t want you to interrupt question or shake this off
Depression
Ever since my friend died it has not been the same my life as gone down hill I’m not grieving anymore but my sadness has stayed the same I’m not enjoying life like before and I have kind of separated myself from people ps there are no thoughts about hurting myself
Things I do in a week based on depression crying myself to sleep separate myself from others and try be alone
ADHD
I have my suspicions that I have ADHD on a few occasions I have been shook when I zone out to sort of wake me up I also use music to get things done I always think of random subjects when I’m in the car like when I see a tractor I say sometimes I wonder if that farmers wife has the kettle on and walks with a limp.
PTSD
one reason only one that reason is why I cry for nothing
Well I’m trying to write a book it’s quite therapeutic but I don’t know how to start
