I always wear some kind of noise cancelling headphones/ loop earplugs to reduce the noise. As for the lights, it may sound stupid but I sometimes wear sunglasses where there is flourescent lights. What I've come to realise is that people may look, but in less than 5 minutes they will have forgotten about my existence so that brings me some kind of comfort. I also wear comfy clothes and shoes and bring some fidgets and my sunflower lanyard (especially if it is a bad day with tics for me). Make sure to take lots of sit down breaks to just zone out on your phone or reading a book too! :)
