I also have undiagnosed autism I think, but I have accomodations for other reasons, but I think the easiest thing is just talking to your teacher. Explain the problems exams set for you - I really struggle with overstimulation and distraction, for example, and test anxiety. Talk to them to see if there's anything you can do to alleviate the problems - test in a different room, or wear earplugs or have fidgets or something, and if you teacher doesn't listen try to find something you could do yourself, and just study really well. Thank you - that's really helpful. I tried talking to a teacher at the beginning of exams but she basically said it was too late for me to be able to use a different room or use any other accommodations. Using a fidget has sort of been restricted to immediately before I go into each exam.
