It's so hard to explain neurodivergent traits/needs to people in schools, but there are a few things you can set up to help!!
organise a care plan (EHCP in the UK) with your teachers/school so you can have adaptations in place and on record to help you cope
have meetings with your teachers and parents/caregivers to explain your needs and how best they can make it an easier environment to learn in - this also works well via email if you feel anxious at in-person meetings!
forward any questions to sites like tourette's action for tics, autism charities, ADHD foundation websites etc if you don't feel comfortable explaining to other people or voicing your own conditions 🩷
lastly, kknow what not everybody gets it, and it sucks sometimes! but this doesn't reflect you as a person and please know there are so many of us who are similar and who do accept and understand you :)
