Is anybody else in high school (or maybe middle school) who has Tourette's and can give me some tips? Most of the people around me have no idea that I have Tourette's, and I have no idea how to tell them. My teachers know, but I can't exactly go to that one kid across from me in English who just never shuts up and tell him that I have tics. It's so loud and embarrassing. Please help!!!

I also have Tics and it can drive me mad, I use a note on the edge of my table so that if i tic they don't look at me werid and tell me to stop
I use noise canceling headphones and I have a card with all of my different disabilities and its apart of who you are so don't think oh if I tic and someone hears it and says something not nice and just tell them you cant control it and it not cool to make fun of tourette's syndrome or tics or any other condition
sorry to hear that I have tourettes and FND
I have tics and working on Tourettes diagnosis now, thankfully not very bad mostly but a lot of noises and sudden violent movements toward myself (punching myself and stabbing my leg with pencils or whatevers in my hand :/). Most of my teachers know about them and I talked to the people I sit by in class, explaining just what it is and not to mind when it happens. I also take a lot of breaks where I just go out of the classroom for a couple minutes, so that's helpful when I've been suppressing tics and need a break from suppressing (also it's really hard to suppress sometimes, I'm sure you know that!) So I'd just say educate people and hope for the best I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.
I don't have Tourette's but my FND causes me to tic in times of stress and most of my classmates already know about my condition bc I have recently started needing to use a wheelchair some days but I feel ur pain even thou I can't give u much advice 😓
